Southwest Chick’n Salad

Choosing a salad at Stalk &Spade is a first for me! We walked here from First Ave after getting our table for a show, and I just wasn't feeling something heavy for the walk back, so I decided to try out a salad. This was a really nice option! I always love a crispy ingredient in a salad, so I appreciate the tortilla strips on top. The chipotle ranch dressing was a really nice creamy choice. It added a lot of flavor to the salad. This salad also has cheddar, tomatoes, grilled corn & poblano, and your choice of grilled or crispy chick'n. So delicious! This is the kind of fast food I love. Delicious but also pretty nutritious. It’s not quite while food plant based, but it is pretty good. The chick’n texture and taste is on point. The sauce is creamy and has a great southwest flavor. The veggies are great. What more could I ask for? The plastic is also corn based. #fastfood #salad #veganchicken
