As a big fan of bread, I have to admit that it is tough finding vegan breads around as most bakeries sell loaves that contains eggs or milk or both. Luckily, there are a few establishments like Cedele to save the day! Confirmed with staff that this is one of their vegan-friendly loaves amidst the numerous choices! Recommend it to try toasted to get the crispy edges and soft interior. This loaf is pretty versatile and can be eaten both sweet and savory style. It can serve as a accompanient with your homemade vegan stew, soups, salads or you can just make an avocado toast out of it (which is what I do). For those with sweet tooth, this go great with jam and vegan butter or any nut butter too. Super DIY. Would be back to try their other vegan loaves 😉
