Smoked Lox & Cream Cheese Bagel

This was the first time that a #carrot actually convinced me it was a fish haha🐟 Truly surprising, the carrot lox was so salmon-like both in flavour and texture, and so so smoky. The perfect #bagel🥯

I've never eaten an authentic lox bagel so I can't tell you if this is realistic but I can tell yous that it was extremely good! I especially loved the capers throughout it and that rocket and pickled red onion salad was v refreshing
