Sizzling Deep-fried Tofu in a Fish Fragrant Sauce

Loved this place so much! This dish was one of my favourites. Don’t miss it. Very filling, so flavoursome and careful, very hot 🥵

The oil was still popping out when just served, absolutely delicious! Highly recommended

This is a chef’s special and it comes out sizzling hot which I think I managed to capture in the picture. The sauce basically tastes like sweet chilli to me, not entirely sure what is “fish-fragrant” about it but that could just be me.
