Dry stir-fried rendition of laksa, something different from the more commonly available soup version. Aromatic coconut milk dish with rice noodles, konjac ‘prawns’, ‘fishcake’ / ‘seafood tofu’, straw mushrooms, alongside shredded seaweed for that slight seafood scent. 🍜🥥🍤 My non-veg mum, who’s a huge fan of Greendot’s signature laksa, enjoyed this! Lotus and Greendot share the same CEO - and presumably similar base recipe for their laksa dishes hahaha. 🙈 (Allium-free, $8.90 for Oddle delivery 🚚) #sgvegan #alliumfree #chinesefood #veganisnotscary 👻
I really like this a lot. Not usually a fan of cream based #laksa but i do like the dry or stir fry version. Right amount of #creaminess, not too #spicy , very tasty, #noodles are perfectly cooked. They’re very generous with the #mockprawns #taupok #mushrooms . Something i would order again.
Definitely a treat for any #laksafiend The dry #laksa is a nice change from the usual curry mee laksa you find in Singapore. Laksa gravy was a nice thick goo, full of flavour, mildly spicy. There’s tofu, seaweed, vegan prawn and vegan fish cake and some veggies #hougang #spicy #tofu #fishcake #veganprawn #seaweed #veganinsingapore #sgvegan #veganhougang
I must say I prefer this type of dry laksa to laksa with a broth just because the taste is concentrated, doesn’t splash and stain clothes 🍜 the texture is 💯 for me and the shrimp 🍤 honestly has a great texture even though the taste is obviously not shrimp
Must-ordeedor all laksa lovers. Good for sharing too and I think it was very reasonably priced.
