Signature Dry La Men with Yong Tau Foo

I'll always order this without fail. Simple dish with generous portions. Had this last night because today is their last day of operations 😭 They are relocating but have yet to announce where. So please go and support them if you can today!

If you like yong tau foo this is the dish for you. Huge bowl of noodles with so many different stuffed vegetables. The veggies are stuffed with some kinda minced "meat" and it tastes so good. Veggies are so fresh and crisp. I loved the eggplant, bittergourd, tofu!

Definitely better than their laksa! Would stick to this if I ever come here again for team lunches. Would have liked it more if there weren't so many deep fried items but still not too bad! Don't really like fish paste so I actually preferred the mock mince meat filling to the usual one that is in non-veg YTF.

I've already had this twice but forgot to review the first time. Goes to show how much I love this dish, especially their handmade YTF! Noodles felt endless and were so chewy. Nutritious portions of veggies. Served hot, super hearty for the soul.

Overall a fantastic dish. Generous portion at an understandable price (judging by the venue), small eater can share with another person. The noodle taste just nice, I also like the size of the veggies, it's different from the petty size you get from the usual YTF stall.
