Signature Curry Leaf Coconut Rice with Jackfruit & Assorted Sides

A very hearty dish with very flavourful sides! The coconut rice was light and fluffy, paired beautifully with the yummy sides. This is a huge plate but I had no problem putting it all away 😂 Washed it down with their tasty Chai with jaggery 😋
