Shrooms Tacos

Of course we had to order #tacos at a #texmex place 😜 Being overwhelmed by the incredible menu they had, my vegan compatriots and I opted for this #highlyrecommended #taco 🌮 It’s on a soft tortilla with a myriad of sauces. You’ve got your pico de gallo, your nacho cheeze sauce, and vegan sour cream 🤩 That’s along with the nice fresh balance of the jalapeño, coleslaw and roasted chipotle salsa 😛 Then, we have the main show of the #mushroom asada that was just this perfectly savoury but still slightly sweet juiciness 😋 Beans were a nice bonus too 👌 It’s just such a harmonious explosion of creamy, savoury, sweet, fresh and spicy 🔥 RM12 might’ve felt steep but it tasted so good and was so filling… I think it might be worth it? 😅 #vegantexmex is just the unsung hero of my life 😝 #veganisnotscary
