Short-Rib Burger

A lot of eating in this short-rib burger, but there was something I personally didn’t enjoy in the accompanying sauce/slaw. Can’t identify what it was but a flavour I wasn’t keen on. The jackfruit had a lovely texture, though. Unfortunately haven’t had a ‘good’ (for me) Roots for some time now, but hope it’s just personal to me. #veganisnotscary #willows
