Shanghai Vegetable Dumplings

Woah I loved these. I was surprised at first with the crispness of the vegetables, but how unusual to have discernible textures inside a dumpling. The outside of the dumplings has a nice firm bite, the serving size is great and they are topped with an absolutely outstanding cilantro scallion sauce. Love!!

Bigger than the photos look, one plate will fill you up. Liked the toppings but personally not a fan of the hardness/crunchiness of the filling, which seemed to be long strips of root vegetables.
