Shanghai Rice Cakes

This place had a really great variety of cleralt labelled #vegan options in almost every category of the menu including noodles, dumplings steamed buns and more. This rice cake dish had lots of flavor and veggies. Enough for two to share.

ohhh i love this, i think they use the same/similar sauce as their stir fried noodles which just brings back so many good and tasty memories…delicious umami flavors with chewy rice cakes and veg, perfection! :) do you guys like savory or sweet rice cakes? my mom is more on the side of sweet, but i’m team savory
