Sesame Fragrance Monkey Head Mushroom

This was my favourite dish from the ones we ordered at this fine establishment that most definitely did not take its name from the island that lies in between the Arctic and Atlantic oceans and is known for being a vegan nightmare. The monkey head mushrooms were piping hot when they came out. Juicy when you sink your teeth in. And so fragrant from the sesame oil. $10 for the smallest portion! okay one of the best dishes of the night like seriously this was cooked SO WELL. the sauce was exceptional and really fragrant, more than just your usual soy sauce stir fry sort of thing. didn’t really have a super strong sesame oil taste but it was substantial enough to be so enjoyable. mushrooms were so JUICY my parents were like omg this feels so much like chicken but better HAHA 10/10 recommend, went back the next day and fam excitedly ordered this again HAHA
