Seitan Piccata

What a treat and delight! The sauce was so so good and unique. The seitan was perfect in texture and flavor 👌🏼 the garlic mashies were standard and nothing amazing. I really enjoyed how the steamed spinach balanced the plate for a greens dose. The restaurant is gorgeous and pleasant, not chaotic or noisy. I will definitely go back❤️

The ultimate ~elegant~ comfort food! It was quite a challenge choosing from all of the amazing vegan dishes on Blossom’s menu, but this was everything I hoped it would be. Creamy, fluffy mashed potatoes topped with fresh and perfectly sautéed spinach sat below tender, lightly breaded seitan. The lemony white wine sauce pulled it all together. The portion was a lot larger than I expected, so I was glad to be able to share it with others at my table and was still super full afterwards. #hailseitan #seitan
