I love this kind of seitan that's like mock chicken! Fairly common at Chinese vegetarian stalls. I find it tasty and not too artificial, not too healthy though since it's oily. I had it added on to my fried rice. It was 8 pm near closing so the dishes like these were cold already, stirred this in the rice to warm it up. This tasty dish did make my fried rice more enjoyable, as I found it pretty dry. #veganisnotscary
