Scrambled tofu on sourdough

Ordered this without the sourdough bread. The tofu scramble was amazing.

Kiku is a Japanese fusion restaurant so I guess they use a lot of miso in their dishes. This was quite a large portion for one person I feel. Good thing I went with a friend. Comes with a choice of avocado or shitake mushrooms. We went with both options. They also have used their own vegan mayo. Love the presentation and the taste.
