Scrambled tofu

One of the best vegan dishes I‘ve ever eaten, honestly. It‘s my favorite dish from Emmis Kitchen, and all of their food is simply amazing. I choose it almost every time when I go there. The „egg taste“ also really comes through! Would highly recommend it!

I love scrambled tofu, so naturally we ordered it. It came with a really tasty sausage; probably the best vegan alternative I've had so far. #clafira

delicious and filling and quite rich in protein ;) (already ate quite some on the pic, there was more scramble and two slices of roasted bread in total)
