Scallop

‘scallop’ made from king oyster mushrooms! it was beautifully cooked, tasted heavenly and just melts in your mouth 😋 the pesto sauce that is on the base is such a nice touch!

The dish is good but nothing in taste remind of scallop except the visual. Perhaps the name is not what it should be. Otherwise nice visual, mushroom starter, lacking a bit of flavour #veganisnotscary

Its refreshing! And looks like real scallop! With pesto dressing
