Sausage Roll

My first time trying an NZ vegan sausage roll (never had a non-vegan version before as well) so I can’t compare. The filling was not as firm as expected, probably made with beans/lentils instead of ingredients like vital wheat gluten, which is why the texture was quite soft. Flavour wise - excellent! Served with some aioli and ketchup.
