This was also a delicious #breakfast sandwich we shared at Vida's over the weekend. This #seitan sausage was great. It was a tad #spicy and had a nice flavor. It was also paired with a thick slice #justegg and melty #vegan cheddar cheese. I also love the fresh toasted #sourdough bread. This sandwich was also a great value at only $8.
