Satay Tempeh Skewers with Peanut Sauce

This was okay in its own right, the #tempeh had a good amount of flavour from the marinade, and was tender and as juicy as tempeh could be. The #zucchini and bits of #bread are definitely nonstandard for #satay, but nowhere near as nonstandard as the #peanutsauce, which tasted a lot more like peanut butter trying to do a different job 😅
