Santa Fe Dip Chick’n Sandwich

This consisted of crispy fried vegan 🐥 with crispy onions, grilled onions, house-made tomato jam and light mustard. This was fantastic. The generous amount of vegan 🐥 was both meaty and tender and everything else added lots of complementary flavors and textures. Served with a side of rich and creamy spinach dip that had a nice spicy kick to it and hushpuppies. Crispy on the outside and with the consistency of cornbread inside, those hushpuppies were spectacular.
