Sandwich with Smoked Tofu

Oh dear lord what an amazing sandwich this was! One of the finest sandwiches i’ve had in a very long while! Layers upon layers of flavours and textures. The smoked tofu was beautiful, and with so much flavour. The caramelised onions added a bit of sweetness and fragrance as well. The pickled cucumbers were tasty and crunchy, and the smoked carrot slices were crazy beautiful. Plus cashew cream cheese spread on wholegrain sourdough. That’s how you make a sandwich. absolutely gorgeous. You can get this on its own or with a coffee/juice, part of a breakfast combo (8–11am), as we did.
