Delicious San Bao Chao. Exactly what I needed to takeaway for a refreshing morning snack before an early morning flight. Stays fresh in the fridge and doesn’t need any reheating. Fun to eat as well. Just wrap the stuffing in the lettuce and pop it in your mouth. This was a flavour bomb of bamboo shoots and several other vegetables like turnip, and packs a punch because of the chillis
