Samosa

Nice crunchy outer layer and a warm well-filled centre. Great starter, it left me wanting my main course but also not so hungry that it was like I hadn't even eaten it. The sauces were really fresh and interesting. The mango chutney was thinner than I'm used to, but when paired with the green coconutty sauce it made the samosas even nicer.
