Sambal Brinjal, Okra, Long Bean And Petai

Lots of great veggies and I really like the cereal thing on top! Could have used a bit more sambal but would def recommend!

Love the creative Chinese name of the dish, which is Sambal Four Heavenly Kings 叁耙四大天王。 The petai aka stinky beans and ladies fingers were really fresh and it elevated the dish. Will order this again the next time I'm here. 👍
