Salmon Rose

Sad this vegan sushi place has now closed. This ‘salmon’ was marinated carrot topped with mayo and ‘caviar’. Preferred the other sushi I tried, probably because I’m not a fan of mayonnaise. #sushi #glutenfree

The recipe has slightly changed, but I just like this even more. Something in the mayo is very different, but very good! Honestly, I do not even realize anymore that it’s carrots instead of salmon. If you haven’t tried Plushi yet, it’s high time!
