“Salmon” Avocado roll

Pleasantly surprise at the accuracy of the taste and texture of this beautiful salmon in this maki roll. With that, I can be stop eating fish and still get my sashimi/sushi fix. :D

The plant based salmon was so smooth and melt-in-your-mouth and the caviar was a fun addition (though it kept falling off lol). Delicious roll!!!
