Saag Aloo Pastry

What a delicious addition to Coughlan’s vegan savoury range. I like that they’ve added a potato-based savoury rather than fake meat (that said, I love their vegan sausage roll). This pastry is nice and cosy tasting, with saag aloo seasonings like cumin, and thankfully no chilli as I’m sick of chilli being added to vegan stuff!
