This is such a nice light, elegant way to end the meal! They ran out of mousse, but that worked out for @jonok and I because we've already tried it! This was really delicious. Rose can be a tricky ingredient because it can make something too perfume-y. They did a great job balancing it here! It's sweetened with maple syrup which brings it down to earth and prevents it from being too airy. I'd definitely recommend dessert here!
