Root veggies bowl

Really enjoyed this bowl and I loved how colourful it was. The dressing was really flavourful.

I ordered this as they had run out of the soup and I was so glad I did. The buckwheat base formed a light yet protein rich basis for the meal, and the baked carrot, parsnip and beetroot were cooked to perfection. The sauce was tangy and the crunchy baked chickpeas gave a welcome variety of texture. I'll be ordering this again!
