Roasted Vegetables with Cream

I recently had the pleasure of going to a vegan fine dining event hosted at We Cafe and they blew us away with their delicious food. This dish was particularly tasty. The cream is made with tofu and the citrus segments elevated the whole taste of the dish.

A soothing plate of roasted root vegetables on a slightly salty tofu cream, elegantly presented… can there be anything better? This charming little venue does magic in the kitchen-!

A beautifully plated food. Definitely points for my eyes 👀 The dish was light and fresh. Loved the tofu creme and the interesting flavour-injection from the citrus. 🍊🥕🥗
