Roasted Sweet Potato & Chickpea Salad

A very flavoursome salad with lots of different textures. Creaminess from the avo, sweetness from the cranberries, crunch from the pecans and a peppery bite from the rocket. At R119, it would’ve been nice to have it with some grain. Also, in my dish there wasn’t a chickpea in sight. #salad #sweetpotato #vegansalad #avo #healthy #veganbowl
