Risotto ai funghi

Good risotto, a bit different from the original Italian one 😅 First, in the Italian risotto, mushrooms form a sort of cream, they are not cut this big and left into pieces. Second, the rice was a bit overcooked. It was not bad though to be cooked by Americans!! Also, I love this place 🥰 #veganisnotscary
