Rice with Bitter Melon & Vegetarian Spare Ribs

This dish was flavorful and the portions for the toppings was generous. The "spare ribs" don't feel at all like meat texture-wise but I really enjoyed them nonetheless - they're soft and chewy. I added $8 HKD to change to 3-grain rice hence the dark colored base. #veganisnotscary
