Rice pudding

When I saw pictures of this dish I thought it was sushi😂 It's actually a slice of mango on coconut rice - but not sticky rice, instead it seems like normal white rice with coconut cream. Each piece was bigger than I thought but not too heavy, and I really enjoyed it. They gave me a candle for my birthday too! Overall a great dining experience.

This dessert is coconut rice pudding with mango and passion fruit. First of all, this would be much too filling for just one person, so definitely share this if you’re going to order it (especially if you’re relatively full after your main meal). Although the taste was good, the consistency of the pudding was very thick and creamy, almost like cottage cheese, which kind of grossed us out when looking at it. Since it’s so thick, it was difficult to actually remove these off the serving platter without the whole thing falling apart. I suggest they either serve this in a bowl, or make the pudding more “sticky” so it resembles dessert “sushi” more accurately.
