Ribs

Oops! I started eating before i remembered to take a photo! Their “ribs” are really incredible - probably one of their most stand out dishes to me! Incredible succulent texture, amazing flavor, yummy sauce, I’m not sure meat eaters could even tell they are eating plant based!

I got this with their Mac N Cheese, which is a great combo! My non-vegan friends were very impressed and surprised that this was made from jackfruit. I've had mock meats made from jackfruit before, but I would have never guessed that this was too. Very creative and yummy!

7Vegans_HI is a family owned business that makes local favorites vegan! They are at the Good Vibe Center for the vegan night market every Sunday 5pm-9pm. These ribs are made of seitan and jackfruit, marinated in delicious spices! Free from animals, always. #aloha

I usually hate anything with BBQ sauce but this was not smoky at all! Pretty great product. Really good texture.
