Reuban Sandwich

A friend ordered this at our group dinner and loved it! This chickpea pastrami pilled high on toasted whole grain GF bread was topped with sauerkraut and Russian dressing. So good!!!!

I wasn't sure what this Reuben would be like when I read that it was made with a chickpea patty but I was pleasantly surprised. This Reuben was spicier and zingier than others I've had but I really liked it! And I really like the gluten free bread they use here. Definitely would order again.
