Raw Cacao Mousse

Don't let the appearance put you off! It may look a bit odd, but it was absolutely delicious. Served with an amazing cardamom crumb and rhubarb syrup, the mousse was not too sweet and was a great contrast with the crunchy crumb. More like a combination of a pudding and a mousse in texture. Served with cute little edible flowers. I love the desserts here, I'll be ordering this again!
