Quinoa Mushroom Burger

I’ve had my fair share of vegan burgers and this one hasn’t made it in my top 10. Not even top 20. It’s quite dry, the vegan version of the bun is a baguette which is really dry, the sauce can’t save it here, plus there’s no much sauce overall there. I think what saved it was the fact that it was a quinoa patty, which I tried for the first time, though it wasn’t something I’ll be looking for anytime soon. Another good thing was sweet potato fries. So all in all, won’t be my recommendation.
