Quinoa and Tofu Bowl

Very fresh and delish! I added artichoke hearts to mine and that seemed to really round out this bowl. I would have loved some avocado on this, it is a bit pricey but I do appreciate all the fresh, quality ingredients here.

This is such an amazing place. If memory serves me correct this was about 7$ CAD and it came with sort tahini like sauce on the side. Playa del Carmen has a lot of good vegan restaurants, I think Fresco Hábito is my favourite.
