Pure sausage, mushrooms, spinach, grilled tomato and sweet potato fritters

Simply amazing morning at Pure Cafe! The breakfast sausages were full of flavour. The mushrooms

were succulent, the spinach was heavenly, the tomato was yummy and sweet potato fritters simply scrumptious. I would highly recommend Pure Cafe to anyone.

We’re in love with Pure. They’re doing great work for the animals and people alike.

I created my own dish. The sweetcorn fritters are delicious and crispy :) the sourdough

is perfect with beans
