Pumpkin Ravioli

I haven’t had ravioli much before but oh MY! This was so tasty!!! The sauce was so creamy and mushroomy - tasted like a cheesy sauce but no cheese ofc! The ravioli had a pumpkin filling which was nice to bite into - not too sweet but felt healthy! Overall loved this dish - it hit the spot! 😍

This was served in a gorgeous creamy sage butter sauce and sprinkled with cashew parmesan. A rich and decadent dish, absolutely delightful 😋
