
The only few vegetarian prata available out there n is not using the frozen prata from the supermarket but freshly made dough flip by an Indian prata master. The crispiness of prata is solid and nicely cooked not something you can replicate using frozen prata. And the curry is very nice too. Not the Dhall curry but more of the Nonya curry kind with thick gravy. A definite go for when u have craving for pratas.
The egg prata was not as oily as the usual prata from other eateries, though the accompanying curry was a bit too salty for my liking.
