Potato Leek Pizza

Edge of the crust has a crisp outer shell and the fluffiest inside that I've ever had in pizza form. Base of the crust isnt strong enough to support a slice but also isn't soggy. The red potato slices were cooked well and tender. The house made cheese used on the pizzas avoids being gummy like many brand cheese substitutions. Lemon aioli is delicious but does a lot of heavy lifting for the flavor of the pizza and i wished there was more rosemary as I don't feel like I noticed any. Best vegan pizza I've had so far.
