Potaje Canario Vegano

This vegan #potajecanario - Canarian Stew- was amazing! It is part of their seasonal offer and was a wonderful warming dish at the end of a chilly day in the mountains. Chock full of veg including #cornonthecob, #chickpeas, #carrot, #potato and more in a savory broth drizzled with olive oil. The sides of #gofio (toasted corn meal) and #guindilla allowed for customizing it to your liking. #danielshubby was super excited! It is priced at 14€ but we had half-board, so this was considered our starter. A hearty plate indeed! The dining room is impressive and has a chilled vibe. Make sure you let the server know you are vegan when you are seated as complimentary hors d'oeuvres and dessert truffles were brought to our table but upon our asking were NOT vegan.
