Po’boy sandwich

Is this a beefy baguette or what?! It was full to bursting with meaty strips of seitan which were smothered in a delicious gravy alongside some cheese, tomatoes, onions and pickles. They also offer this with banana blossom instead of the beef, so I can’t wait to come back and try that version soon!

This came in two options - banana blossom fish or beefy seitan. I ordered the fish with remoulade sauce and it was delightful. A great portion size with a good amount of toppings. The sauce was a hint spicy but not over bearing and complimented the fish well. The fish was realistic in texture. #veganisnotscary
