Plant Based Whopper

Have it w/o to make vegan! The patty tastes pretty obviously like veg meat tbh but the bbq charred flavour was good!

This was hugeeee haha the size of the burger was like 2x the area of my palm :’) The patty from The Vegetarian Butcher tasted like the usual chewy, fibrous Chinese mock burger patties with a slightly ‘meatier’ taste. it was ooOoOookkKkKkk. it’s not really vegan because the menu has a disclaimer that it’s fried in the same oil as meats so depending on your stance on that. you gotta ask for it without mayo. it’s a good option to have since there are plenty of burger kings around the country i guess but definitely isn’t one of the best vegan burgers i’ve had and won’t be eager to have it again. it’s pretty dry but overall taste is fine. average.

(VEGANIZED) The Patty's undercooked, which I understand as I saw demands for this. Its $6.90 ala carte which is worth the price. The sesame bun is vegan according to BK. They usually give these with Mayo, ask them to remove it. The bun is fatter and flatter, which is pretty good to hold in my hand unlike other tall burgers which falls out of my hands. Props to Vegeterian Butcher coming to Singapore to provide them these patties. All they need is to flavorise the patties well for the good taste. Appreciate BK bringing plant based options first unless Mcdonalds who tend to break promises always. I hope this stays forever on the menu, so what you waiting for? Hurry up and help us to save this menu unless they gonna regret it.
