Plant-based schnitzel and spaghetti with tomato sauce

I wanted to like it but it was meh. Schnitzel was dry and a little dense. Texture's not great essentially. The vegetables seemed to have been simply boiled. The spaghetti was also quite tasteless.....

The plant-based schnitzel tasted very similar to real meat, it was crunch and really good. Although the organic spaghetti tasted rather bland, for $8 it’s quite worth it.

Omg this Schnitzel! It tastes so good and legit!! I love it so much!! The pasta is standard but that isn’t the hero of the dish so it’s fine :) #veganisnotscary
