Plant-based rigatoni bolognese

The house made rigatoni is the star of this dish. Very fresh and cooked perfectly! The sauce is so good, but I would personally prefer more mushrooms in it, it’s a lot of impossible. Great dish though, Disney has really stepped up their vegan options! 2nd photo is garlic knots, modified to be vegan.
