Plain sourdough bagel

If the years of having just regular flour based bagels, there’s been a shift where bagels in are now made from sourdough. The first time I ever tried this was in New York City at Apollo bagels and I thought that they were really good and unique. I was thrilled to find out that this local bagel shop opens and they served only sourdough bagels. Sourdough bagels have a different consistency than regular bagels. They’re a little chewier on the outside and the inside is a little airier. You definitely get the flavor of the sourdough too, which I happen to love, and if you have a gluten intolerance, the sourdough bagels tend to not upset my stomach, which is nice. I actually like these Badass sourdough bagels better than the Apollo because they’re chewy but not as chewy as the New York City Apollo bagels . All of the bagels are 100% vegan. You can have any flavor you want to you don’t worry about that. They offer a couple of vegan cream cheese options which are both delicious and I’m hoping that they Expanded on that menu as well.
